Went out to check the project progress. Laborers carrying plywood, lead guy putting glue in the glue gun about to deck this absolute abortion! 1 1/4 inch gap between joist and scirt to save the shitbuilder 30 minutes to properly place joist!
I ask the lead guy what they were doing and he said decking. I said with the joist like that? He said “It’s ok we do all the time!" I said you're not doing that here. So, I climbed on the deck and was not going to move until it was fixed. He whined a bit and made a phone call and then fixed it with me watching every move.

$180000 for 560 sq ft of living area and none of the top plate is tied in so you may want to ask shitbuilder Chad Shanholtz how much extra to tie in the top plat. lying thief Chad Shanholtz is buddies with the inspector which passed framing inspection with NONE of the top plate tied in! It’s code it must be! But none of it is!
DONT RELY ON LOCAL INSPECTORS! they pass any building standing!

exterior plywood is 7/16th thick. All nails in plywood were countersunk 5/16th inch barely holding plywood on. Lying shitbuilding thief Chad Shanholtz told me 2 times it was an issue and he would renail. Lying thief had the siding installed and never nailed off plywood! He did not know weekend before I adaquatly nailed off the plywood!
